In Evite, tap Create, browse by occasion to find a layout, or start from a simple design and add your photo or logo. Adjust colors and fonts, set the event type (in-person, virtual, or hybrid), choose who can view or share the invite, and add co-hosts to help manage responses. Import contacts from your address book, paste a list, or invite by email, text, or shareable link. Preview on mobile and desktop, schedule the send if needed, and turn on add-to-calendar so guests block the date right away.

As replies roll in, manage everything from the RSVP dashboard. See who’s in, out, or undecided; filter by households; and track plus-ones without messy spreadsheets. Add custom questions (meal choice, allergies, childcare needs), cap attendance to keep headcount under control, and set a waitlist for overflow. Use quick nudges to remind non-responders, or schedule automatic reminders a few days before the event. Need to coordinate details?
